Sky Trails Possession design flaw

While it's not technically cheating the Sky Trails Possession has a design flaw that allows players to advance in ranking by attacking players in the lead forcing them to lose time by taking their spot and forcing them to lose possession time. I'm not talking about the occasional attack to take your location but constant and repeated attacks just to force you to lose time. New servers are created around every 3 weeks or so creating the opportunity for well established players to attack the weaker ones. This is supposed to be a time based sub game not another battleground. In the last several days I've been attacked by the same player and forced out of my location only to go back within minutes and find it empty. These are not attacks for location but attacks to alter rankings.
