I'm trying to buy the holiday potion that cost 8 balens and has a limit of 1 every 4 hours. The thing is i've waited multiple times for reset but it's always "sold out". What's up with that? Is it some kind of bug or just having lag and the timer is not properly synched?

You have a purchase limit of 1 every 4 hours at 8 balens each, but there's only 20 potions available for the whole server. Or, you have a limit of 10 every 4 hours at 79 balens each, with a limit of 100 for the whole server.

Holiday Blessing potions have a server limit. Once that limit has been reached, they are sold out for that event period.

But it says "Limit of 1/1 every 4 hours". Are you sure its for the event period?
What i understand from that description is that you can buy 1 every 4 hours.
