When will you release the Spirit Covenants for Bound Balens purchase??

Or at least find another way for them to be made accessible or win-able....(How about making it a purchasable rare-item in the game-box?...even if you make it expensive, it'll be worth the long haul.)

or like gibsondion said a 3 day one which can be placed in a luck exchange type event

or make it a hot event reward for mini item exchange. but have them in different increments. Examples are xxx=10 day SC xxx= 20 day SC xxx-30 day SC
