For now you can get on lucky exchange and recharge wheel with (maybe) 10% chance of getting it. Developer introduced during the previous patch and somehow they just nerf it or removed. No idea why they do it. Can't upgrade items.

lucky exchange pennant & dragonchant - can get them without spending but at a lower chances of getting (10% maybe). Recharge wheel for spender.

they removed it to replace it over priced in an failure event of a hour wich they removed after 1st or 2nd time... and then they said simply fu..ck you you can forget it to get them back... so we are just s cr ewed cus they can't make a lag bug free event

I agree with you here, pennant ascension stone were at bargain shop and now its removed there too. Only way is treasure lode 400x for 100k balens.
But i feeling that they might change it in hot events with this patch, all we need to wait and see this friday

don't expect ascension stones to be patch of the new patch as nothing was added for a way to get them all ways except lucky exchange have been removed from the game by the devs
