When I went to renew my VIP through the r2 site I accidently bought the subscribe VIP. R2 has charged me the $7.99 weeks ago and my VIP still hasn't been done. I have only 2 days left on my current VIP. Why hasn't my VIP been renewed. The payment went through my bank weeks ago.
