What does it realy do, increase owerall damage or increase critical damage??? Because it says one thing in talent tree other thing in battle!!! THX for reply.

It is damage, forget about the crit that is written near your character when it procs. Failed translation xD

it is working, mine is at level 2 (5%) and yes it works

I used to have tyranny, but when I saw the descrpt when it was activated near my char, I decided to delete it.
I have my will destroyer on, so my crit wont increase anyway.
I hope its a typing error, since the descript in Talents says damage. But yea, if it does increase crit, then maybe take off your will destroyer ;p

Its a typo for overall dont trust what it says.
