activating double skill

i just reached lv 38 and got one skill point and i noticed a double skill buttom in top right hand corner. does anyone know what it does?

It lets you have two different skill setups, so you can have one for pvp and one for dungeons etc

it unlocks your second skill tree..... and it costs 995 balens and there are no hidden skills to be unlocked

what it allows, is you to have 2 different skill sets... IE for a mage, they can have a healers skill tree and a offensive mage spell skill tree
