Changing Formation

In the Hero's Hall....the multi-player quests, how does one change the formation??

I have clicked on the Formation hickey, I can see where the players are, but I cannot make it change to save my life.

How is that done???????

You are the leader right? If not that's why. You should be able to hit formation beside the ready button and place players where you want them. If that's not working it could be a bug.

First you have to be party leader. Second hit the F below covenant icon or formation button next to ready/start button. third can change formation during MP's with the F below covenant. Example in Void(L40) the tank should be placed in the back row as the Eye of Yaros attacks back to front.
