                  Technically, he's still missing half his lv. 60 legendaries: rings and jewels, but mad props to you jeff, I know I've busted my *** with my gear (and planned on making lv. 60 legendary LONG in advance).

                          SinnedWill is right. jeffhawk has only legendary 60 pve set and is still lacking legendary 60 accessories; he only have legendary 50 accessories. But description of "Full Legendary" and "Lord Divine Mage" is accurate", especially since not many Lord Divines (240k honor max) around. See nice ranking system by Ascalogan:
