Archer: At What Point of The Game Do I Need AP and IS?

I'm currently level 56 and want to be prepared for in game content. I've already cleared Cata's but not attempted Necropolis due to expense of keys.

This is my current PVE build:

AS 5
MS 4
BT 3
PA 3
DF 4
SS 1

I'm pretty bored using all the same skills and looking forward to redoing tree only if it will benefit me.

p.s. Has anyone ever maxed AP and used it during WB. I was wondering it there is a potential to have more damage versus using AS, MS, Delphic?
