Question about Archer

What is better with this two set? On Dungeon, PvP, Arena, Spire, you name it for everything. As I will be LvL 59 Twink.

LvL 55 Set
or
LvL 50 Pve Set - Ps RIGHT now the BoW is only legendary. I am working on other set to be legendary.

One thing you mess... For mpd,cata, and arena the pve 50 set without legend are better but you need 55pvp for BG... you can use 60 pve 4 all only... Before that you must choice 50-55 set
