Cant Purchase any Balens HELP

please help me why i cant purchase any balens via unipin cause i indonesian players???my server S-23 buy why cant detect it on R2games, i usually online via kabam.com. If i online via r2games then i click server s-23 i restart from lv 1 but if i online via kabam.com im still on my lv 47 hiks.....
