    Honor Cap?

    Is there a cap to level to get honor? I made Crusader and the next day.....0/3000 honor earned.....I did the BG's, but did not gain any honor. Is it because I'm level 39 and cannot gain more honor until I'm 40+?

    yes.

    untill you hit level 41 - you can not earn anymore honour past crusader rank.

    Just so you know for future reference.

    There is a second cap until level 51 of Elite Crusader.
