Hello world could use some high lvl advice

hello im wondering if anyone can tell me the requirements to beat the lvl 70 multi map....

im a knight currently sitting at 68 with 15k pdef and 12k mdef so any advice i welcome with a open mind thank you for taking the time to read and respond if u do.
