Why batle groud ppl level change, It should be withing the 10 level, example, 30-40 41-50, not 35-45 55-65 its a joke on batle ground,

it's not change, they just add it.

30-40, 35-45, 40-50, 45-55 and so on.
depend on luck which bracket you thrown into ^^;
