Random costs of items in market?

Hi, are the costs of items random in the market?
I see one player buying lvl6 gem for 195 balens and another buying a lvl 5 gem for 3595.
Or do players get discount for being a higher vip?

On rare occasions Lv 6 gems appear at 195 balens, and Lv 7 gems appear at 295 balens.

When the market refreshes, there's a tiny chance you can see a lv 6 gem or lv 7 gem for super cheap. Or you can spend hundreds trying to refresh it..

more ppl buy it = more price to get it
but it only my opinion, i never use market

Not true, my very first Lv 6 gem was just sitting there, didn't need to refresh

No, they are a set price. Lv 6 gem = 195 balens, Lv 7 gem = 295 balens. They are very rare, in 6 months I've come across 2x Lv 6 gems and a lv 7 gem. Although I refreshed a little and got the lv 7 gem

It's the same as that pic of Archer's Rune Pack I posted up (where ppls also said you need to refresh to get)

The only thing you can't get unless refresh or from points is Mounts. (not exactly sure, cause I don't refresh, lol)
But I have yet to see a mount in Mystery Shop's Balen section.

Depending on whether it is before or after the market "upgrade".
Before the market upgrade, I got level 6 gems without refresh. After market "upgrade", never a single time.
