Tired of seeing guildies queue for tanks and a guild member on other team throw...4 of the last 6 tanks I've played had this problem, one person on our team from opposing teams guild doing nothing (at all) then moving into storms from time to time to avoid afk boot. Still won 3 of 4 but its really a problem. How about adding a vote kick option, if 3/4 of a team agree the 4th is booted and a new person is backfilled in
