Is it good to level up to Level 69?

You will be in same barkets,you get less exp from dt and camps...Hmm if you still working on talents,stay with 68

With new level Ranking system many players have gone up to I think 74 now.

the bgs up till 64 are fairly easly and many 'easier' ppl to farm honour on. From 65+ it gets harder because the xp cap is lot higher and ppl that can stay in 65-69 can stay for much longer then in previous bgs and therefor the ones that farm there have much higher seals, so farming in 60-69 requires lot more then it would from ex, 59->64. (also on previous bgs the seal cap ensured that you could fast get max seal and prevent being stunned, in 60-69 the seal cap is waaaaaay higher and there are many with very high eal compared to your that you have when entering)
So IMO: if you have alrdy passed 65, then stay in 69 because of ^ 70+ is even harder. If you are still 64 or below, stay in 64 because of ^.

Level 68 really suck. I only gain like 100 EXP for MD
