When I come to small server and try new character or play with someone who is around lvl 40 I really hated when they only care about level and dont know BR or how to increase stats so please give them a GUIDE when they are starting their char

There many things you guys can do to improved char. Most major ways I can think of now is:
• Getting higher PVP set or PVE set
• Get Red/Orange astral with level 5+ all is minimum
• Guild Skills
• Rings + Jewls from Lost Catacomb
