World Chat waiting message 2's

Hey. I wondering why I can't post in World Chat sometimes? Is it I am out of Small Bullhorn? or something else? And I didn't spam. I wait for like 5 min after this message. Still got same notice. Any know what is problems here? :/

It depends; you get 10 free /invisible/ bullhorns per day for WC
After you talked on WC 10 times, you need to spend real bullhorns.

If you know you havent spoke 10 times before and you get that message, idk then

I usually get that message when i use current chat when im on my town page.
When i use current chat and want to type more after i send, I also get that message.......

2 second delay is the delay for the current chat messages. It means you just posted something in current, then tried to post something else immediately after in world chat. The cool down is affected by the type of chat you just posted, not the one you going to post.

BTW, next time use a full screenshot. Those small, and edited screenshots you posted will raised a doubt amongst people.

Yes, I knew what does 2's delayed mean. And like I said. It been 5 min since I didn't post anything on current, guild, party chat. For a long time. I try to post again in World Chat and it keep showing the message.

How would someone doubt about it? I mean if Full ScreenShoot. It just regular posts from world, guild, system. What would make differences?
