Yes that is the minimal request to do moon nm and come to the end. Two of the players need to be close or over 60 k br, and archer with PVE set.

All you need is 1 mage with rage set with more than 50k+ hp and an archer with rage set with more than 60k+ hp and 15kpdef/11kmdef minimum, then you can get any weak or low br player in, including 30k br, let them die and the remaining archer and mage can do the rest of the work.
