Worg Lair, is it just me?

A couple of my guild mates and I are experiencing some lag. Is everyone else experiencing the same thing?
I do know that clearing the cache can fix the lag, but it seems to just keep coming back. Any other ways to expel/reduce lag?

I have 20-40 sec delay on world boss, have it second time in row and I didnt had it yesterday, i must say its totally unplayeable and as a VIP I am seriously mad and want this to be fixed!!!!
