Is it normal that party chat is the same for both teams?

Oh and doublehits on WT are messed up as well, damn lag.

(also heard from a dif guild of my server also had this issue.... lol when you think make a strategy, enemy can read it xD)

Double hits is harder in everything since patch, I want the old that back , the chat is kinda fun tho
