When you have a guild cool down that can cost 17,000 balens to end, the guild master should be able to offer an option to other members to pool together balens to end the cool down (guy 1 puts up 4k, guy 2 puts up 6k, guy 3 puts up 4k, and guy 4 puts up 3k) would provide more opportunities to work as a guild instead of an individual.
