Maybe this has been suggested before since it's a kind of obvious improvement.
I think we should be able to put in balens to reduce the cooldown. At the moment you only have the option of reducing the cooldown to zero. Would be nice to be able to just put in the occasional 200 or so balens to help reduce it until it does hit zero and then you can do your next guild upgrade.
