Troops for mage

Hello i have a question what is the best troops for mages templars or warlocks?

depends on what your doing. I use locks for cw cause i use the enlightenment from there mdef and it is higher then temps (can get 2200 more mdef from locks and only 1600 from temps). Temps have lower mdef and are easier to kill off in cw as a mage. but i use temps for everything else, the boost to Matk and their attacks they are the best for all around dmg and attack boost.
