I now have 189 caps, what should I go for? The mount or spend extra and get the full clothing set.

So many boxes to get 189 caps and no frost lion card. Now that sux

so many players have spent many dollars only to see drop rates drop for the frost lion card to drop....it used to be if you bought 100 boxes / chests you could 90% see a drop ....

Yeh, and the worst thing is, the stats on that mount went from +30 to +20.
Not to mention it's christmas, very unhappy with this.
