If you don't understand how broken an Iris is for an archer there is no hope for you. A fully upgraded Iris can have Blessed Light, Restoration, Purification and Delphic Hell Thunder all of which are stronger than the mage equivalents. Iris... all the way.

Even if I am a mage I still use Iris, coz with the other 2 classes having heals with their excellent healing and crit passives, you need additional heal too. LOL in fact you will be kept busy by healing instead of casting AOE coz they can already face you one on one. Troops are not really that hard to kill by the 2 other classes nowadays. Also against mages, your advantage of using Iris is that you also have additional heal.
