tbh they are quite generous with the unlimited quests. first teh soul crystal event and now the whip.
I bet they knew they would lose some money, because some players i know are hoaders and had a lot of sc and whips saved.
(not only non-cashers but cashers aswell)

thats true when it comes to that number,
but Im happy for my guildies (non/low cashers) that saved less then that (around 1000 i think) and got a nice mount in the end.
they dont want the clothing that terrible its the mount that mattered and later, they stock up mahra.
