Why is called stamina reset when it doesn't even give you half of the 200? Stamina reset should take you back to 200 everyday.

It could be to allow the use of stamina potion's without having to complete solo campaigns before using them.
You have 2 Major potion's and that gives you an extra 100 stamina.
You can consume them and then streak solo for 50mins instead of having to wait 25mins, consume the potions and streak again.Comment

As well please be aware you can use 100 Stamina from reset , 60 from Altar and if you want to use your Stamina Potions in 1 day, you should know max amount of stamina that you can use per day from Stamina Potions is 300 . If you try to consume more then 300 your Stamina Potions will disappear from your inventory and you wont gain stamina.If you do not have brains you have legs.Comment

stamina does reset..... doesnt say how MUCH it resets..... u get 100 from reset, can cultivate 60 more, leaves room for any stamina pots you might have.Death comes when you hear the Banshee.....Comment
