just wana to know do u have any data that who r recharging who r not? if u have data . can u areange any event for non casher .like class war .may be once in 3 month or 6 month. dont give much reward(WHICH WILL MAKE U POOR). just 10 awrads for 1 to 10th.make it cross server event.it will lili bit enthustic for noncasher
