How do I get more of it besides waiting until reset?

u get +5 like every hr or half don't rember and u can buy more with gold coins 20 for 10gold 2 times then the price goes up.i assumed this was for dragon plas

Either cultivate it at the Altar of Enoblement in your city or consume Stamina potions.

Either cultivate it at the Divine Altar in your city or consume Stamina potions.

Divine Altar wth?

Ok the only way to get stamina on top of your 100 is by spending 2 hours in the altar of Ennoblement, which gives you another 60.
For any other stamina gain you need stamina potions, which are gotten by events, and guild altar (not sure if some chests in bg, mpd and campaign have a chance to drop it too).
Max you can get for sure daily is 160, rest is event or luck.
