Being level 62 you could me dragged in either of the two BGs
1) BG of level range 55-64
2) Bg of level range 60-70
You probably got dragged in the second BG and the people whom you saw the info of were 65+

There two different brackets. This has been known for awhile now. Just exit and go back in after the 5 min cd. No big deal.

so as u can see u can fall into any 2 brackets at any time!

and before it changed you will get lv 69 as your enemy all the time
