Are you new to the game? A mod can easily take action by what's written on the forum, hence contacting an r2 staff member who in turn will take action.
And with the current commotion about the botting problem, I wouldn't be surprised they'd want to set an example.

I got my blue pan as a straight blue seal drop. However no luck getting a blue exchanging so far and i'm at 100+ of those.

i spent days in the atoll, slaving away bored our of my brain... i ended up getting around 150 seals in the end, after exchange. Never got more then white from a drop but from 150 i got 1 blue, and 5 greens. so i dunno what the drop rate is but im not looking forward to wasting my life again with this new update lol

same got 2 green iris from random drops but never blue

i never heard/see ppl get green/higher from single kill except common 1
