Erase sylph older skill

Anyone has a clue if we will ever be able to erase a specific sylph skill and replace it? Because we seem able to buy only 2 new active skills.

i.e. can we swich deluge strike in iris for another skill, without risking losing the delphic?

Its said when sylph evolution comes you can get new skills/replace selectively, but that's 6 +/- months down the road, long long time to wait still.

I'm not sure, but i think it might be possible in a later patch. Read it on some blog i believe

can we arrange skills of sylphs in pvp (I know in sylph arena to do) but would like to know if I can in pvp from lower cd skills to higher cd.
