The description of the skill is:
185% + 200 electric damage to a single target. Enemies in the same column and row take 50% damage.
It basically hits you 2 times, and that is not my problem with this skill.
The problem is that that 50% doesn't count for any damage reduction buffs. In one extreme case (appolo shield + block) i got hit for 4500 damage, and the secondary damage was over 10 000. That is not 50% that is over 200%!!! It usually don't go over 100% but it still makes this skill realy OP, like a second delphic.
I think it will be better if you make that 50% of the damage Actually done.
