Spire Chest, Solo Arena, Altar Wheel, Campaign Blitz, Assisting with Legendary Fish, and Jewel Hunt are the only ways I know to get BB... unless of course for VIP's they're a reward off the VIP wheel...

Just cool your jets bro, on average people will get between 5-15 BB/ day from all of those sources so take heart in that you're nearly there. If you're really dead set on getting the remainder that you need TODAY... you could always farm for free balens in the usual fashion of downloading crapware, watching vids or doing surveys. 30 Balens from that method + what you have will be sufficient.
