Hi guys, what can I do with these ? Only way to use them is with balens ? Meaning that if I don't have balens I can just throw them away ?

Yep, if you don't have balens, and don't intend on doing free balens offer (If offered to you), or purchasing balens in the future, just sell them. No point collecting something to take up space.
