I am an archer, i had the Scrutiny skill a few months ago. I noticed that Scrutiny skill actually DECREASE my dmg, i did a lot of test on it to make sure.
However, it was a long time ago so they might have fixed it so it will work as it should, i would like to find out from any archers that use it, if it works properly.
P.S
My guess on why it decreased my dmg - The increase DMG astral, i believe when that skill poped up it canceled the astral, so from 18% i went back to 10%.
But that's just a guess.
