first try to inform yourself, if you that fails, you can consider complaining

You can get it from Fishing event (eventually).

If non vip players want the benefits of VIP then they have to buy it.

Yes you can use the 1 hour vip card, to get them and there are 2 cards with one day not 1 day.

So everyone that used the 1 hour vip card at the first day in reset will have 8 days of vip.

and event time is only 1 day left

that's why I said 3 card is the most you can get...
