however... I could not remove one of the purple gems... it just sits there doing nothing

i get the same thing, and i reload, but when i get back the jewels were like they were before i made em a pair of 3 and the move used before it blocked like that was lost without giving me any poits. and its not the first time it heappen

This is caused by lag. Refresh and it will be ok.

yes refresh it will fixt it. but we lose the move, and the jewels we have to move again. that lost move it might got me to 500 points.( and it did not heappen only once(

Then you must lag horribly. What you do on your computer is not registered in the server.

Fix your laggy computer and/or internet connection.

i got this while doing my jewel hunt, sent in a ticket but still no response. It effed up my whole jewel hunt, i didn't get any points from this point on.

can you please let it down that everything its the lag fault? the laptop its new, brought like a week ago, the softwere and everything else were instaled like 2/3 days ago, flash player updated and so on. and my internet conection works eprfectly. not everything its lag fault.

that's right

I can play like up to 3 other games at same time on my computer with zero lag

but when I play with only Wartune... I get lag... especially on Fishing.

I have the same problem with lost moves etc. Filed ticket and usual response it is my fault just like everyone else. We all have bad computers/internet connections etc .
So just get used to it, R2 are infallible.
Enjoy the game for all it's foibles
Or just retire and troll the forums!
