add new mounts

1. that can be bought by insignia and guild contribution

2. that can by synthesize using shadow soul and mount spirit

Its will never happens for Guild Cash or Insigines its just singel but for Mount Spirit and Shadow Shoul its more possibol its will come some more later but not sure.

The Ice Fang mount was already added later for Mount Spirits.

So it isn't illogical to assume they might do it again and that they might do the same for Shadow Souls one day.

But honestly I wouldn't expect it any time soon.

Either they should add another mount for the shadow souls or not give them to the people who already have the mount. I have been hoarding them in the bank just incase, but there will come a time when I will run out of room.
