I think you stock up on rested exp once you're inactive for a period of time.
And I don't think it'll go away unless you use it up.

Rested XP starts when you're offline for 24H. So you can log on every day, but if you log on on day 1 at 8 am, and on day 2 at 2 pm, you'll have rested xp as far as I know."The trolls of the Ramtops call her Aaoograha hoa ("She Who Must Be Avoided")

i do esme . i come sevarel times in 24 hours hour but nothing change. one thing notice that it need log in if i come after 4/5 hours(i just close my tabs ,never log out). before its not happend.ARCHE wht is slow leveling?
