why no soul/whip event for quest item, is because this month they have wing as prize

I guess they don't want the non-cashers to get the wing for free so easily

Actually its 1 SC and 1 Whip event in the same month of events. But he obviously thinks it should follow the calendar month instead of the event month which normally spreads over 2 months due to the first events only starting after 1 week into the month. Either way, 4th March does seem pretty likely since they only have to put SC as part of the rewards and no need for Chocs since exchange event will be over by then =P Fits in well with their new intentions of not putting event pieces into unlimited whip/SC event which I think was pretty obvious when SC event came out earlier this month. But I suppose the non-cashers are all hoping it to not be true since they'll not get any freebies from now on like they did in Dec and Jan. We can all thank the whiners over in proficient city which tailors the events that we get since the data R2 gets is from there...which indirectly comes from 7roads...but still the events that affects proficient city also affects us so maybe its time to send some spies down there to check out when other new contents will be released =P

You say every month, but who is to say that its not every 30 days. 30 days would make the whip event in march. Also the earliest it could be now is March 4th.
