Does any server kill a 583 mil hp World Boss under 10 min?

add a boss with more hp, maybe 943mil hp or more, in kabam 519, 1 st boss 13-15 min max, and evening boss 9-11 min

I wish the wb's on my server had that much hp. We take 20 mins to kill the 259m hp on both, and it sometimes even dips down to 139m. Would be nice to get an influx of population or merge or something heh.

If every player on the server clears his cookie and cache, maybe the WB HP will increase.
