Can you please bring back rune exchange? Pretty lame to spend money and get an identical run and not be able to at least upgrade an existing one. Please please please!

I want a NPC some can exchange runes for Runebox like them frome Tank trails.
Exchange a Brutality, HP, Blood - for amout of 10 to 30 Runestones
Exchange a rune frome Mage, Warrior, Archer rune Pack - for amout of 50-100 runestones
Exchange a Yellow one: Rage, Chaos, Amesia, Mire rune - 250 to 500 runestones
Like you have a change to get 10 11 12 etc to 30
In this why even people some alredy own all runes can still buy rune pack frome market for exchange for runestones.
For me is market has noting to sell to me i never see higre that lvl 4 gems in market. But i see alot of Rune packs but own must of the runes alredy.
Should easy buy Mage and Knight rune pack if i know if i can exchange them for Runestones.Character - Taggen
