Suggestion for a "off-topic/flame section" for the forum

Since game discussion section has nothing but spam in it, I would like to make the suggestion of making a special section for spam-like threads. There is hardly any thread in game discussion that has any constructive game related aspect in it. (not that I contribute much either)
So why not make another section for these kind of discussions. Trolling might not be against the rules but it can be contained.
