How about a way to opt out of logging into cloud city, much the way you can opt out of the worn-down game music, and special effects?

How about a way to opt out of lagging in the WB event, lag caused by other players' balen fueled insta-res and inspiration? and when i say inspiration, im talking about the one you can give yourself with your balens....

How about a way to ... others, please... offer your suggestions as well.

You can avoid cloud city and all WT lag by blocking R2games at your firewall. Or just uninstall flash player and those problems disappear.
