    Slot Skill Sylphs

    I see now i can change order of my sylph skills and see all slots unlocked. Now no need to spend 300 balens to unlock a slot skill before buy skill to learn?

        What exactly is the link between moving skills in your skills bar and not paying 300 balens? Sorry I really don't get it.
