tell me if im wrong but in hot events such as the lilly exchange or special tailor is it completely impossible to get them with out spending money out of my pocket lol to get the big items at the end of the collects ?

I got the lv3-5 rewards on tailor using one fashion core... Extreme luck, but doable if you have clothing at lv4+. Luck is only way to save some extreme money.

If every ppl can get what they want w/o spending then they will stop spending and R2 NEVER want that

Actually in the past it is possible to get the big reward with the unlimited sc and whips event(if u have plenty of sc and whips in store) but now they have remove the event

It's impossible even with extreme luck to get the event items. You can probably only get 50 maximum by doing all the events. I've never done above 40 unless they had a unlimited event.

I think they were referring to having extreme luck on clothing synthesis to get the high lv rewards. Not the event item....
